The guy looks pretty young to be a full-fledged doctor, but I, maybe more than anyone, know that appearances aren't indicative of ability. Back during the War, the enemy always pegged me for the weakest, because I was the only one without any powers, but that was a mistake that always bit them in the rear. This O'Malley seems plenty competent despite his age -- calm, which is the most important thing in a situation like this one. Peter's good in a crisis, don't get me wrong, but he's clearly shaken. I wonder if my expression doesn't mirror his, but it's a passing thought, nothing more.
